Since the late 1970's, Bob Breuer (pronounced "Bry-er") has been performing for weddings, anniversaries, and all other varieties of public and private events.  Bob is well-known for his wide repertoire of music, playing everything from polkas and waltzes to swing, country, latin, foxtrots, rock, and much more.  His expansive knowledge of different styles of music puts him in demand by various clubs and local public dances throughout the area.

Bob has also put together a "polka mass" worship service, having arranged popular, traditional hymns with a polka beat.

Also a proficient drummer and bass guitarist, Bob performs with many other bands. A few of the bandleaders who've hired Bob over the years have included Kenny Brandt, Tom Brusky, Verne & Steve Meisner, Tony Rademacher, Dave Schmidt, Mike Schneider, The Julida Boys, and Jeff Winard.  Bob was inducted into the Wisconsin Polka Hall of Fame in 2002 as a recipient of the Sideman of the Year award.

The Bob Breuer Band is available for both private and public parties.  Rates are available for two, three, or four-piece groups.

The Tom Brusky Band is a versatile polka-variety ensemble comprised of talented, award-winning musicians.  Their sound focuses on Slovenian and Cleveland-style polkas and waltzes, although, when desired, they broaden our music sets to include popular standards, classic country, Latin-American, foxtrots, two-steps, swing, and Christmas holiday music.

The band has amassed a staggering repertoire of over five hundred songs, all of which they play by ear.  They
can rile up a college crowd with all the polka favorites such as Roll Out the Barrel, She's Too Fat For Me, and E-I-O, and strike golden-agers' sentimental chords with timeless classics such as The Green Grass of Home, That's My Desire, and Waltz Across Texas.  They've entertained crowds from ten to a thousand -- from next door neighbors to U.S. presidents.

Since everyone's entertainment needs and budgets are different, Tom will tailor the size, volume, and repertoire of his band to perfectly suit any occasion.  Their default band size is three pieces, but they can perform as a two, three, four, or five piece band.

Tom Brusky is a three-time Wisconsin Polka Hall of Fame award winner.

About the band…

The Keith Gennerman Band exists to entertain dancers and music lovers of all ages with a variety of music and styles.  The band has performed for dances, festivals, and parties both private and public throughout southeast Wisconsin and the Midwest.  Primarily a three piece band, Keith can increase or decrease the size of the band and tailor the music to suit the venue or occasion.  Frequently, Keith and the band are complimented on their vocals and harmonies, adding to the overall music experience.

About Keith…

Keith started learning music and the accordion with lessons at the age of seven through the Beaver Dam Music Center.  Lessons continued for the next five years until the business closed.  The accordion then went into the closet more or less for the next five years.  At the age of 14, Keith joined the grade school band program playing the tuba.  During his high school years, he joined the high school jazz band playing electric bass guitar in addition to the tuba.  About 1982, the accordion came back out when Keith was “volunteered” by a friend to join an 8-piece Dutchmen style polka band.  For the next ten years, Keith was fortunate to be exposed to various styles of polka/waltz and dance music performing with the likes of Bill Chambers, Uncle Ozzie, and others.  In 1992, Keith had the opportunity to assume the leadership of his own band, playing the Slovenian style that was always in his heart.  Through the years, Keith has performed solo, strolling jobs as well as leading his own band.  He has had the fortune of performing with other larger bands, such as Jimmy Hartwig, Shorty Shoemaker, and others, making many long standing friendships with musicians and music lovers along the way.  Keith wishes to express his sincere thanks to his family and many friends for their support and understanding of his music hobby.

“Polka music is happy music for all occasions.”
